Data Connection feature is enabled for accounts within Newtral Platform (depending on your subscription plan). Using Data Connection, you can easily share ESG data between two organisations or multiple organisation in a seam-less and secure way.
To enable this, you can follow below mentioned steps:
Step 1:
Go to settings page in the left bottom corner.
Step 2:
Click on 'Data Connections' tab. It will open up a list of all the previous data connections that your company has created.
Step 3:
You can now click on 'Add Data Connection'. It will open a drawer asking you to fill basic details and Organisation ID.

What is Organisation ID?
Organisation ID is a unique identifier for every account on Newtral Platform. It helps you securely connect with other organisation, without revealing you personal or business information. Every organisation can check their organisation ID by going in settings and clicking on Organisation Details tab.
It will be a 10 digit alpha-numberic code like - 11AABB7766.
Whenever you want to securely connect with other organisation, you can either share your ID with them or request them to share their ID with you. You can then go to 'Data Connection' and initiate a secure data connection between two accounts.
Step 4:
Now, submit all the information and you will see your data connection in the list. Once approved, you can start sharing the data between two accounts.
